So I did some research on the 6800GS VS the x800GTO available at my local PC Club.

Yea it's only like 17Mhz faster witht the memory, and 10MHz faster with the core speed, has the same pipelines (12). So do you really want to pay 30 dollars more for a 2fps difference?

I mean, yea it's SLi ready, but not alot of people have SLi motherboards, and I don't think anyone is going to pay 450$ for SLi 6800GS, because we all know the only really worth it SLi is dual 7800's....

But whatever I'm just reporting this to help anyone who has questions about whats the best bang for your buck ATi VS nVidia questions, etc.

okay. U can't compare them just by clock speeds and pixel pipelines. They are 2 totally different cards, which have different gpus and maybe different memory too.
