You use a ps2/usb mouse adapter, like one this here. All usb mouse's are sold with the adapter...

Use a paint brush maybe or a bit of cloth!

Get a holy priest to cleanse your house of ghosts. Then pry open your mouse and check it out. Its just a mouse, and they only cost like 12 bucks.
