I have an old pc that ran win '98, and I decided to mess around with it, and try and install linux. When I powered it up, the HDD spun up OK, and the CD and DVD drives powered on, but the monitor received no signal, the keyboard did not light up, and attached USB devices recieved no power. Where does to power to these devices come from? Or, in other words, how can I go about trying to repair this, if at all?
