Arrrrg home network troubles!

Ok my friend is having a problem that when he connects to a CSS server AND his brother tries to connect to the same one it will not let them, i have the SAME connection as him and me and my brother have no problem doing this. They are both using a wireless router to connect, also it say that they cannot connet to the server with the same IP address (thinking a Static IP is in order) so if anyone know how to setup a static IP please post how!

you mean a static ip on there router or on there computers??

Go to your network connections right click on the wireless connection and go to properties, then highlight the Internet protocol (TCP/IP) and go to properties then click the circle that says use the following IP address then put the value in for the IP and the Subnet mask and that should set a static IP for the computer.
