Form to make email accounts

Hiya all.

Is it possible to make a form (on a php for example) with things like username, password and quota which then creates an email account on my webhost (using the suplided information)?

It's very difficult to access your Root Host account through a PHP form... Doesn't your cPanel (or whatever) do this for you anyways?

Not automaticly...

I can go onto it and make an account easily. But I wanted to make a page (not nesseseraly PHP then) that makes one instantly for people to use.

There's some software at www.hotscripts.com that does this but it costs. And mack is right, it's very difficult to access root with PHP.
