well, I guess they are gone for good guys... No reply to email, STILL can't login with old username and password... Great....:-(.... This is bogus! Or the email that was sent to me was bogus because they claimed to be able to back-up the files if I go to http://pcmx-mi.com:2082/frontend/x2/index.html and enter my login information... I tried every username I could think of and password.. i used the 'reset' password tool and no such luck....
