I have that processor you are getting and it will not run windows 64 bit becuase that is only a 32bit processor, they both will need to be 64bit. The rest seems fine, and do keep the other, hard drive as a storage slave or if you have a wireless network, put that as network storage.
 
Sorry but you are wrong. The Intel Pentium D processor 820 does infact support 64bit.

Infact all the Pentium D processors are 64bit.
