how fast do you think i could overclock my processor?

hey fellows. I have a AMD 64 3500+ Venice core. orginally at 2.2 ghz. I already overclocked it to 2.5 and it's running stable. I know i could do some trial and error to see how fast i could make it go but i dont have the time. how fast do you think i could clock it and have it run stable? thanks guys.

what did u use to overclock it because i have a very similar cpu.

With a bit of extra voltage, I think you could easily get it to around 2.7ghz if it is a 'good un'.

Mikey, take a look at SpeedFan and ClockGen, both of which need to work with your motherboard for you to be able to use them to overclock. Also, your motherboard may have come with overclocking software. What make is your motherboard?

google "overclocking by flashing bios" thats how some ppl do it. i would consider using the bios to do it, but my processor was unlocked.
