getting rid of words in photoshop

yes this is another star wars pic, but get over it, i need some help of getting rid of the words.

this is the part where i did good but i was bad with evertyhing else

or is it illegal to get the words to go away? is it like a copyright thing, all i wanted to do was redo the lightsaber effects and put it as my desktop.

... copyrighted information... you cant edit out the copyright... i would assume thats illegal...

well yea it's illegal but if u wanna kno how i'd do it is i'd simply cut off the part that has is, cut off the top....people wont kno that there was more 2 the pic. so just use the rectangle tool 2 select a br across the top that has the text, all across the entire pic, and delete it. simple as that
