Remote Controlling multiple accounts at same time.

Ok, so if you have more than one "Computer Administrator" account, you may notice, if they are both logged on, and you go into one, go into task manager > users, and then right click on the one you are not on, it has the following options.

Send Message
Connect
Disconnect
LogOff
Remote Control.

What is the remote contol and why is mine grayed out?

Please help, as this may come in handy for me.
