HL2: Monster Onslaught V2 Help

alright, i got garry's mod, hl2, all the requirements, and downloaded the monster onslaught v2 file. I unzipped it from my desktop, but now where do i go from there? what folders do i put it in and where are they? please help!!

dosent gary's mod have a forums somewhere? you could try lookign for forums and posting there notice money_man's response haha
