Radeon X700 VS 6800XT

That's a tough choice.... I'd say the 6800 would give you better graphics, BUT is that it's a 128M and for 60 dollars more you can get the same card as me, an x800GTO, and mine's a 256M, and OC's and out preforms any 6800, and even some 7800's.

I haven't heard anything about teh 6800XT so i really can't tell you for sure but the 6800XT's i've seen have 256mb so i'd go with that but i don't really know alot about the 6800XT.

If it's AGP cards you want, try these:

Radeon X1300 or X1600. Yeah, you heard right.

ATI has launched AGP versions of its Radeon X1300 and X1600 cards, and GeCube is one of the first companies coming out with this card. The four-pixel pipeline GC-RX1300GA2-D3 is clocked at 450 MHz (with memory at 500 MHz) and includes VGA, DVI and TV-Out connectors. The 12-pixel pipeline GC-RX1600PGA2-D3, set at 500 MHz and 800 MHz, comes with dual DVI and TV-Out connectors. Both are equipped with 256 MB of DDR2 memory and 128-bit interface.

Yeah, it's so new right now as it barely came out. The prices will definitely be available very soon. That's a very good card for that specs.

Any estimated time of arrival for the card? Because once I sell my card I want to have another one within a week, mainly because I'm a gamer and like to play hardcore games.

Also, is $150 to much for my X700?

Yeah, it's too much. I would say sell it for like $100 if you get lucky. $50 at the very minimum.

As for the AGP version of the X1600 arrival, I have no clue. I just know that it will be available. Judging from that website, it should already be available (overseas it looks like).
