there is some kind of "lagging effect", when i try to move windows, there is a shadow and the dragging is slow and lagging. Also, when i'm browsing in IE6, the page lags and becomes choppy when i'm scrolling.
i've tried changing the resolution to the lowest, but it doesn't work.
smooth scrolling is enabled.
There was no such problem before i formatted my computer.

And 512MB of DDR333 RAM. I think your right and it is just the specs. P.s its not my PC
