Kickstart help please?

Well i was wondering if anybody could help me kickstart my forum site - its just a free one with a domian but it would be nice if a couple of people could register, an help me out with the site a bit, i will promote people to instant moderater or admin proving they can help me sort my forums out and improve it, i only have 2 members

Change the forum, that format is well.... Try phpbb.
