How many times can I reinstall windows?

Hey,

Does anyone know the most amount of times you can reinstall the same copy of windows, on the same machine, before microsoft start charging you for it?

I think it is 25 but that is for online validation after 25 you need to ring them to validate. I THINK...

AHH im fine then, I always mess up windows, and someone told me that they start charging you after a bit, im on linux for a while now to just see which suit me better. The worst case scenario is id have to buy a new copy of xp, which is one weeks wages. In only 15 so dont think im some adult getting really badly paid.

I don't think there is a limit. It will start to complain after a few times, but then u can just call them and they will give u a new key.

just format your OS partition before every install. the computer wont know any better.

ive must of reinstall windows around 50 times... ive had to call them a good 10-15 times to renew it lol i alwasy get some pakistani guy who i can never understand what their saying loll
