I looked for an AMD mobo but the AMD processors didnt interest me that much. Maybe that have a different kind of ghz thing.

ok Im flippin out, I have no idea why an AMD processor with a 2.8ghz tops frequency, double the price, would be better than a 3.6ghz intel processor thats half the price.

because the cores are different.
The amd ones a capable of doing much more with one cycle, so they don't need high hrz to get good performance.
