Too bad you're using Socket 754. You won't be able to use that dual channel feature, but everything looks good if that's what you want. They all match up. That motherboard should support your SATA150 drive.

I looked at the 939 socket but I thought that would bring up the $$$. As I said it is for a ten year olds Christmas gift.It would save a little $$ by dropping back to 512Mb of Mem.I was thinking of the 1Gb for maybe future upgrade.

it looks really nice, a good budget system right there. Thing is, i dont trust enermax power supplies. I have heard horrible stories about them catching fire and dying after a month.

Thought enermax was a top brand P/S.If not any suggestions for one? Also what about a decent 56K dialup modem since there is no cable in the area as yet. Thanks

it would be in ur best interest to get a 939 socket, otherwise if you plan to upgrade in the future you would have to buy a 939 socket anyway.

For PSU's anything from Fortron/Sparkle are top notch budget PSUs. If you want to go higher, i recommend OCZ and PC P&C
