6600 512mb Vs X800GT 256mb

K well i deciding which video card 2 get. I decided to get the X800GT but then i was going thru paper and saw a 6600 512mb for bout $100 less. So which one out of these is the best? 6600GT 256mb, 6600 512mb or X800GT.
I will be overclocking so keep that in mind Help is appreciated.

6600GT 256mb.

The 512mb won't give that much more performance, over the 256mb, only in future games, and by that time the 6600 will be redunant

yep, im getting the 6600GT 128 for AGP so the 256 must be like twice as good!

Lol, I just found an 6800XT for like the same price as the 6600GT, is it better then the 6600GT?
