I am looking for the best free software to use to convert my video files which are in the .mov format into a format which is used by windows media player (.mpeg). I have short video clips which I record with my Kodak EasyShare camera, but the Kodak software stores them as .mov files, and I have to use Apple's QuickTime to view them. When I send the video clip to someone as an attatchment in e-mail who does not have QuickTime installed, they can not view my video clip.
