heat question

ok my CPU temp is 114.5*F after about 10 minutes of running...
MB Temp is 84*f
and chassis Temp is 86*F

are these normal?

I have a converter in my mobile phone, but I'm too lazy to use it.

I gues those are fine, though then again I have no idea how high those are.
