Not really. Some aren't that bad. It really depends how good the quality of the music file is. And that depends on the band and the music they submit.

The only annoying thing is that it gets kinda annoying after a while, but that's what other bands are for right?

is anyone else annoyed at the frequency of times that myspace is unavailable, or parts of it are unavailable,

it seems parts are pretty much always down for maintanance and as soon as they are back some other part is down for maintanance...

yea idk what it is but they're always havin some sort of issue. i think they need 2 monitor how many messages people save in the inox and things like that, with that said i need 2 clean mine out. i'm not sure what really causes the issues but i suspect they get alot of bottleneck from so many logins and messages, maybe they should get a new server or something like that....
