DVD to go 200GB capacity

The title says it all. A 200 GB optical disk is scheduled to be released hopefully by 2008. You're probably wondering how in the world does that work? For this kind of capacity, the presence of eight data layers instead of the usual two would have to exist. The new disc will also be compatible with upcoming HighDef DVD and Blu-ray formats.

Yes thank you, the BLU-ray discs will be used in Sony's upcoming PLaystaion 3. so it's not 2008, it's mor elike 2006

Well, I mean not for the PS3, but future Blu-Ray discs.
