Urgent help needed!

I have recently purchased a sony ericsson k700i,

we have several other sony ericsons in the family and they are connected to a sync station but we cannot seem to connect the k700i to it, does anyone have any ideas why it will not recognise my phone??

Nope, but Sony might. Have you tried calling them?
