PLEASE HELP!! windows xp question

i finally finished building my computer after countless trials and errors, and now im stuck with finding a OS. i dont wanna spend 140 bucks on xp so my dad got a copy of chinese xp from someone and i installed that one. my question is, is there a setting u can change to make it in english? i can only read some chinese. please i really dont want to work with chiense, it will take me forever to read one sentence...all help will be GREATLY appreciaited.

there probably should be sumthing when u install 2 choose a language but it not u can always just use a translater

Start>control panel>regional and language>change everything to english in all tabs. It will change some things, but not all of them.
