Virus

Ok I have no clue how to get this virus off of my computer. There's about 20 of them or so... My virus scan found them but i can't quarantine/clean/delet them.... it is the WORM_VB.AS and they're all located in a setup.exe thing... I need step by step instructions please

boot in safe mode. To do this u need to press a key (usually F8 or delete) during boot up and then choose safe mode. Then in safe mode do a full system scan and it should be able to remove the virus.

Try a different Virus program. What are you using? Take a look at :

AVG
Kapersky
Bit Defender

Use on online scan.

First try: http://housecall.trendmicro.com (Also use the anti-spyware on there aswell)
Then: www.pandasoftware.com/activescan

The online scans aren't as good as the downloaded ones though, they don't infiltrate as far.

Well my AVG wouldn't delete some Virus's i had on Saturday/Sunday. So i tried Panda it deleted 4. And Housecall deleted 2.
