What should I get...?

Okay, So I'm looking at getting a new laptop, and am going to buy all software seperatly because I can get a student discount.

Which Windows XP OS do I want?? I have XP professional at the moment, and like the look of Media Centre. Which one do I want??

I say PRO becuase i like it. And i never used media center before, what's it all about? organizes media better? lol

I dont know but xp professional is good, but i do suggest you buy a mac! they are 100% better!

Macs are awsome, except they are not good for gaming.

HP lappys are cool, we have 3 in our family. My HP has a nice ATI graphics card so I can play a lot of the new games (Black Hawk Down etc.) on high settings.

Media Center for me. It's awesome and I heard somewhere that the media center is BASED off of pro! So, amazingly, Media Center takes my vote.
