Do you work out?

I go every day, around any time that I can get in. I lift for about 2 hours, play some basketball, and go home. Yeah...

Need to work out when you do motocross. You get so fatigued during races

Eh, eat healthy and some vitamins and I don't need a days break:)
Well I guess I take a days break with my arms as explained but my legs are a different story:p

Bench press:4x8
Incline Press: 4x10
Cable flys: 2x12
DB seated Tri ext 3x6

TUESDAY Back/Biceps

DB rows 4x6
Wide grip chin ups 4x8
Hammer curls 3x6
DB Curls 3x10

WEDNESDAY Delts/Traps

DB press 4x6
Laterals 3x8
Upright Rows 3x10
Shrugs 3x10

THURSDAY Legs

Squats 4x6-8
Hack squat 4x10
SLDL 3x10
Hamstring curls 3x8
Calf Raise standing 4x12

FRIDAY Abs

SATURDAY OFF

SUNDAY OFF

Aye, Working Out has always been a part of life.
 
I do sit ups and pushups before bed..but that's only because I want to look like those guys in the movies where you see a shot of them waking up and then droping down and doing pushups....

id tell you all right now, but i rather see other peoples before i make my self look like an idiot
