What is a good CD/DVD burner that will also burn dual layer as well?? I had purchased the plextor 716SA/SW (SATA) but it is not compatible with ASUS motherboards, so I had to return it. I was thinking of going SATA but plextor is the only one I found so far, but like I said its not compatible with my system. Any suggestions would be great.

i have read that plextors are good ( as you tried one already, but it didn't work for you ), but i have been using this sony one which came in my dell computer, and it has been working fine for me so far.....the sony model for double layer dvd burning (cd burner too) is DRU-810A.
