333mhz ram that should be running at 500mhz

lol ok it makes the ram run slower than it should when ur overclocking so that u can put the cpu higher without the ram stopping u, look in ur bios and look for something that looks like 1:1, 2:1 or 333:400 and tell me what it says

Ok there is a bucnh of things like latency timing and stuff.....also my memory clock and all that. but if i put my memory clock to 500mhz and save and exit i get a screen that says boot failed press del to enter setup.

thats because u raised the fsb to overclock ur cpu, it also overclocks ur memory so right now ur memory is overclocked to high

i put my fsb to 220 and my ram is 400mhz now so if u put my fbs to like 215 can i get to 500mhz?...... what would make better preformance? the higher fsb or the higher ram?

oh and also can i put my latency lower? it has a setting
