Java problem

Hi all,

I have got a problem with Java. What it does is that whenever i try to load alot of games, they either dont load, or dont load properly. I am pretty sure it is java as that is what most games run off. I do not know how long this problem has been going on for as i do not play games on here. I only found out this error when trying to load a game for the first time the other day.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yes i have just reinstalled it and i do have SP2.

What's the specs? Which browser do you use if you play games on internet?

I use either Internet Explorer or Opera. I am using Java 2 Platform Standard Edition 1.5.0 (build 1.5.0_05-b05).
