New GFX Community PLZ READ!

I recently start a new grahpics community forum, for making graphics,forum sigs, and it also has general chat and stuff.. But im having a hard time getting it flowing with users as I only have 19 right now, but only so many of them are active.

I was wondering if any of you would sign up, and post some to help me get it flowing and if your into grahpics design hang around, teach people stuff, or get better. I just put the first tutorial up on there.
