Two operating systems on seperate HDDs...

I have two hard drives and one DVD burner hooked up in my PC... I want to have one HD running XP and one running Linux (Ubuntu)... What is the best way to wire up my IDE cables for this type of setup? If it matters at all, I will be using XP the most.
