naw, my old moniter used to do that, change the refresh rate on the mointor in properties in desktop, then go to advanced, then mointor and change to a LOWER freq. also, if it still hisses / high pitch noise occurs, change resolution on desktop / anywhere

omfg i hate this i changed it from 60 to 43 it sux.

what about i have it on 1152 by 864 instead of 1024 by 768
