Best FREE DVD Playing Software?

I have a DVD-rom drive on my comp and was just wondering what you guys think the best software to play DVDs would be... Again, I'm only looking for free programs!

If hardware has any effect on the choice...
My Comp:
AMD XP 2000+
1GB RAM
128MB MX4000 nVidia Video Card
Onboard sound
30GB HD 7200 RPMs
Samsung DVD-Rom drive

The it will play your DVD's in WMP

I prefer bsplayer. But it really is just about preference, all the players can play most video files if u have the right codecs.
