On your volume control properties,try to find "what I hear option" or if this doesn't exist,put a check on PC speaker so that all audio's came from video will be captured. Well,the best program to capture the sounds of course is the COOL EDIT PRO and SONY SoundForge. While playing the video,just click on record button of your capturing platform<Cool Edit of Sound Forge>,you must see some amplitude wave on it.
