buying a new socket 939 cpu so need a cheap mobo to go with it with an agp slot until I upgrade to pci express then will get a better board, but are those 2 ide channels or is 1 ide and 1 floppy or am I just missing something all together.
looking at this one or the MSI neo (one with agp) probably gonna get the msi.. but curious about this one.

its two ide for the hd and optical drive and then u have the floppy under the PCI slots, i dunnmo show me a link to the MSI one although ABIT boards are nice

I just think this one looks cooler, only problem with the msi is the fan over the chip set, I repair computers for a living, and the fan can be a big problem after a lot of use.. have to tke it off and oil it to keep it running.. don't plan on having the board for that long.. but still its a concern. gonna put an amd socket 939 3700 san diego on the board.. got an msi 6600gt agp atm.. gonna save up and get a new board an 7800gt pci express in 6 months or so

you sure the slot under the pci slot isn't for wifi I have one on my asus p4s800 board looks the same and its for wifi

the board is alright
