5/10- your processor blew it.

processor isnt everything. u dont need a 3500+ to play wut hes playing, u wont even notice the differnce between a 3000 and 3500 on those games (maybe doom 3 or hl2, but no on americas army or cs)

And what kind of motherboard do you have? My motherboard is fine, Gigabyte is a trusted company and the board performs as an average motherboard would.

Then, unlock some of those pipes on that 6800 even better

No, there have been rumors that some 6800LE's were defective 6800Ultras in which the company disabled the defective pipelines, if I open a defective one I'm done.
