Here's something:

Put an AMD Athlon XP 2600+, add an 80GB Hard drive and upgrade the video cards and the PC will last like 1 or 2 years correctly

If not, x < 1 year

It should. If your motherboard support Socket A, any Athlon XP CPU will do.

It depeds though. I have an ASUS A7A 266 that won't take higher than 2100+

If you have lik DDR 333 or 400, then of course it will work!
