In what way? For example, the RAM stopping programs running as fast as they could? The harddrive not being fast enough?

Or are you talking about games and bottlenecks?
If so, this wouldn't really matter since bottlenecks only occur really at high frame rates you won't even see on a standard monitor.
 
I doubt without changing components in your system ou'd release bottle necks if you had them

Plus, in the normal Windows environment, the computer isn't really pushed that hard anyway, so bottle necks don't usually occur in teh way I think you mean.
 
Try a utility called Sisoft Sandra. It'll tell you everything you need to know about you and your system. Including turtlenecks, V-necks and round necks.
