Are my specs good for gaming???

The Seagate 7200.9's or the Maxtor MaXLine III's are great. They're on par if not a tad better than the Western Digital Raptors. Oh yeah, and they're Serial ATA 3.0 Gb/s

yes, it has, i recommend Seagates over Maxtors though

i would have to agree, maxtor is on the bottom of the brand name hard drives for overall quality and warrant coverage

Yup. Seagate is the ownage. Western Digital is decent and so is Maxtor. I like Toshiba and Hitachi though...they make good hard drives.

I just got off the cell phone with a friend of mine that works at Foxconn. She told me her company have actual numbers showing the Seagate drives had more fault than WD and Maxtor. That was kind of odd though because I always thought Seagate made great drives.
