What's the most hard drive space a computer can have?

haha....a guy at my dads company actually had a computer that has like 10 tb of hdd. he spend like 300 dollars on a raid. he said each hdd is 500 gb, but i cant find a case that can hold more than 7 hdd.

Nevermind that last post. So, has anybody actually hooked 127 usb hard drives to a computer before?
