Finding MOBO and Sound Card Drivers?

I am running windows XP and i have an nVidia mobo/onboard sound and I dont know what driver to use for them! I dont have the CD for it anymore and I dont know how to find the names of the mobo/onboard sound.

I downloaded it and this is my Mobo information. What drivers should I be looking to download to get sound/mobo to work well?
