Work Related Issue

I work for a company and recently we have had issues with our photo printer (we are a souvener pjoto company)
i KNOW there is an issue with the photo program.

in any case, the big boss and husband whent away for 20 days and i have been left in charg, a small new asian girl has recently been hired and has gone online with the computer, i have already deleted the history located at the top scroll bar. easy.

but under the "adress" section on the internet wndow the subtitled web adresses there will not erase after deleting history. do you know how i would go abouts deleting all of them? and permanantly keep the previouse internet usage unknown, theres mainly just ebay adresses and such on there, and i know my employee is not t fault, but the boss knows very little about computers and i know this will be pinned on her. THANKS!

clear the files and the cookies. That should do it. If not then im stumped. I know windows washer will do it but you have to buy that program.

use disk cleanup and erase all internet temps,the temp folder, and cookies.

1.Ok, On IE Click tools>Internet Options>delete cookies>

2.Delete files>Tick all offline files in a pop up>ok/yes
3. click Clear history.
