Power Supply will not Stay Off

Anyone,
I currently purchased an ASPIRE ATX-AS520W 12V power supply, and am using it in conjuction with an INTEL 865PERL motherboard.

When I "shutodwn" in Windows XP, everything powers down for a split second, and then powers right back on again. It won't complete a full shutdown without me physically turring off the power supply.

I've tried several bios configurations, and the vendor websites with no success. Thanks for any recommendations!

I'm thinking this might be a motherboard or power switch issue....maybe a virus? have you don't virus scans and all that stuff lately?

Mostly it''s the Power Supply. Although...it's fun to have a hyperactive PSU lol!

Anyways, just take it back
