Good headset for online gaming

I have been playing on xbox live for a long time but I recently started playing computer games like cs:s. Well it annoys the crap out of me when someones talking and i cant say anything back so I was wondering what is your suggestion for a good headset

just about anything by logitech, they make good headsets and speakers.

this is probably going to sound stupid but if I got a headset I could still use the sound from my 5.1 setup instead of having to use the headphones for sound right?

why dont you turn the people speak thing Off on CS:S, it dont bother me and i use online headset for Ps2 Online everyday, well did but broke lol.

Just go into Options/Sound on cs, just look around, and it says About Headsets, well turn it off so you cant hear them squeaky people

I know but it is so much more fun when you are playing and you can actually talk to the people, or if you are an annoying person like me you sing to them

Just buy a freestanding microphone. It's simple and cheap.
