Ive got blue, and they look nice. To be honest I dont think it would matter

My fans inside my see through window are blue, there really nice in the dark.

well light blue is the normal geek colour.

But I prefer green, maybe.
They all look cool, it just depends on what looks good with ur case, but I'd say green.

Now I can't figure out what kind of cables I want, I am not sure if I want to get red ones or maybe silver or what.

Why would you get red neons and a blue case fan? Also, that fan uses sleeve type bearings instead of ball. From what I've heard, sleeve is a bad choice.
