HELP with corel draw

i have corel graphics suite 11



and i need to make a lightsaber image like this one

i bascially need to know how to do guassian blur, levels, layers, hue and saturation (colorization on photoshop) the poloylagonal tool, the paint bucket, and anything else i missed.

it would help if someone had photohsop and did the tutorial and knew what i was talking about

Try downloading The GIMP, it's quite similar to Photoshop. I can't give anymore help than that coz I dont know CorelDraw.

no i need to know how to do it in corel!!!
