crossfire is twice as good as sli, when you add another card you use about %70-%80 of the cards instead of Sli's inferior setup when you only get about %30-%40 of the second cards being used. Crossfire also has 3 different ways that the cards take the load.

plus, crossfire is insanely buggy right now. SLI has matured.

Not exactly. nVIDIA's SLI X16 has 16x on both PCI-E lanes, not the 8x on CrossFire's setup. Both are a waste if you ask me...

Here's my motherboard

I got it free with my 7800GT so I can't really complain about it. It was my first build so I cant really compare it to any other motherboards. Here's the one I would have gotten if I had the money

the DFI one is very good, but it will confuse first time builders. DFI is one of those boards where you do something wrong and the stability goes to 0 percent. But when you do it right it is rock solid.

They're very moddable, but that increases the chances of killing. Which means, DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE DOING ANYTHING STUPID!

Amish Kid, that eVGA motherboard isn't bad. I doubt it offers much, but it's not bad if they did it right.

very moddable as in the DFI NF4-D can be modded to SLI and modded to support SATAII.

Just like the Abit Fatal1ty board. OC heaven, but you really need to know what you are doing to maximize high speed output.

DFI boards are more affordable. The SLI ones are cheaper than the Fatal1ty ones and they overclock higher.
