this depends do you want to html it all your self and all that jazz? or are you looking for templates? try looking at geocities or....google it. sometimes the best ones are the ones with out a name so to speek, meaning you may have to do some intencive reasearch on this, a lot of stuff has changed since i made sites and if your serious about haveing one then 50$ a year isnt bad for no adds your own domain and 5gb of bandwithd etc...
