Windows XP home

I'm logged is as the administrator account...well the account with the admin access and rights, but when I try to go to my user accounts I get this error....

"Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment"

What's that all about and how can I fix it?

Here, try this ...
Go to the Run dialog from Start and then type in 'regsvr32 jscript.dll'
If you are unable to fix it from that, try and use the commands 'regsvr32 nusrmgr.cpl' and 'regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll' as well ...

try doing it the other way:

Start~>Run~>lusrmgr.msc
or
Start~>Run~>control userpasswords2
